THE United States Educational Foundation in India has announced its fellowship for leadership development. Here's what you need to know:

Name of scholarship: Fulbright Master's Fellowships for Leadership Development

Offered by: United States Educational Foundation in India

Country/University: United States of America. Your preference of universities and institutions will be considered.

Eligibility criteria:

• You must have completed the equivalent of a US bachelor's degree (12+4 years of education in India) with at least 55 per cent marks, and have at least three years of professional or work experience. You could either possess a four-year bachelor's degree or a completed master's degree, if the bachelor's degree is of less than four years' duration.
• You must have at least three years' full time (paid or voluntary) professional or work experience relevant to their proposed field of study.
• You could preferably be in the age group of 25 to 30 years.
• You must demonstrate experience in leadership and community service.
  
• You should not have another degree from a US university or be enrolled in a US degree programme.
  

• J-1 visa support
• Round-trip airfare from fellow's home city to the host institution in the US
• Funding for tuition and fees, living and related costs*
• Accident and sickness coverage per US Government guidelines
• Pre-academic English language training (if necessary)

* USEFI funding may not cover all costs and the scholar may need to supplement grant benefits with other resources.
