AT a recent networking do, I met the owner of a housekeeping company, after three years.

I instantly remembered, not just her name and profession, but also when and where we had met. She was amazed! This seemed to have had a positive impact on her.

Maybe now, I shall be etched in her mind, forever!

I have a little trick up my sleeve; I scanned her business card and made extra notes on it, when we first met. Next, I transferred the data to my BlackBerry.
