Sounds utopian, right? Well, not if you have a house you can rent out.
However, many people today prefer to rent apartments in new buildings because they have better amenities; swimming pools, play areas, gyms, the works.
So, if your apartment is many years old, with a little effort you can still get a good deal. We tip you off.
